Peoria Builds was founded in 2020 by Chinnaiah Cheerla, who saw a gap in Hyderabad's RMC market — contractors needed a supplier who combined technical precision with reliable delivery, not just volume.
Starting with a single 30 m³/hr plant in Nacharam, we grew by earning the trust of Hyderabad's most demanding builders. Every pour was tracked, every cube tested, every delivery logged. That discipline became our culture.
Today, with two ISO-certified plants, a fleet of 35+ GPS-tracked transit mixers, and a full in-house lab, we supply M10 to M60 grades to residential towers, flyovers, industrial warehouses, and critical infrastructure projects across Telangana.

Peoria Builds was established with a single batching plant in Patancheru, serving residential and commercial contractors across Hyderabad.
Capacity Expansion to 60 m³/hr
Upgraded to a twin-shaft mixer plant, doubling output capacity and enabling simultaneous multi-site deliveries.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system — the first RMC plant in Nacharam to do so.
Second Plant — Patancheru
Opened our second batching plant in Patancheru to serve the western industrial corridor and HMDA development zones.
